Pampas™ Puff Pastry Star Wreath with Nutella®

Made with Pampas™ Puff Pastry, these Nutella® Puff Pastry Stars are an easy festive treat the whole family will love. Arranged into a wreath and finished with pomegranate and a dusting of icing sugar, they make a simple Christmas centrepiece for festive entertaining.
Ingredients
- 2 sheets of Pampas™ Puff Pastry, thawed
- 1 egg, lightly beaten
- 75g pomegranate kernels
- 120g Nutella®
- CSR® Soft Icing Mixture, to serve
Method

Preheat oven to 200°C/180°C fan-forced. Line a large baking traywith baking paper.

Whilst the pastry is still slightly frozen, using a mix of small tomedium star cutters, cut 16-20 stars. Lay them on them baking trayand brush each star with egg wash.

Bake the pastry stars in the oven for approx. 15 minutes or untilgolden brown.

Once the stars are cool, spread Nutella on top of each one andplace a star on top to sandwich together.

Place your stars into a circle, sprinkle the pomegranate kernels anddust with icing sugar. Tie a ribbon or place a bow at the top for someextra Christmas flair
